    Title: Dying Elven Elite Archer Quiver has no effect.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The Elven Elite Archer Quiver has primary and secondary dye slots but they do nothing.
    Steps to Reproduce: See the screen-shot below.
