    Title: east vaban foothills towers rising from water not drawing properly
    Reproduction Rate: tested on live as well as test server and all the time
    Blocker Yes
    Details: towers rising from water do not draw correctly and you cannot enter them so no 3 day buff at the moment in the game
    Steps to Reproduce: tested here and on live and reproduces all the time
