East Vauban Foothills - 3 towers teleported out when entering

    Title: 3 towers kicked out when entering
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker? No
    Details: Did towers 1 time before trying again.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to enter the first of the 3 towers after it went down 1 time under water.

    Let me explain the steps I took. Enter the door and did the 3 towers then they went under water. I explored the zone further and came back to them now when I try to enter the first tower it keeps teleporting outside. Also, 1 guy was in front of me the first time so this could mean that someone completed it causing this bug. Reentering the zone on open does not fix it.
