    Title: Electrical Swords Missing Attack Sounds

    Details: Equip any Electrical sword like Red or Blue. Use normal attack and sword does not make any swinging sound like typical metal sword nor any special cool electrical buzzing sound either. They are dead silent.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    SotA.Win.64.827.Date.09.05.18

    Make Electrical Swords to have super cool and nice attack sound. That these weapons would humm or buzz in passive drawn mode too would be super cool and nice too.
