    Details: Elysium illumination over time heal is not working
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast elysian illumination

    It is healing, its just not showing the green. I thought the same thing at first too, but someone told me it was still healing them, so I tried it and yes its still healing, just dont see the numbers. You can test this by getting hurt, then let you natural regen tick away a few time, and get the number, then cast illumination and do it, and you will see you are getting healed by it.
