Elysium Mines- Falling through map

    When I enter Elysium Mines and load, I immediatedly fall through the floor and the graphics appear white.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter Elysium from Twin Foothills
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16332
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6061

    I even ran video card updates to make sure it wasn't me. Rebooted, tried various compatibility settings along with changing in-game graphic from fastest to beautiful. I can't get it load right either.

    Okay, a patch made ti so that I no longer fall through the map, however I have my brightness turned all the way down and its still hard to see...screen is all white like in the image above.
