Embedded POT Town Criers

    For embedded OTs (not on the overland map), please relocate the town criers to the zone-in entry point (wagon) of the town. As is, the wagon is conveniently located near the central flat area of the POT (please maintain that), but the criers are off on the back forty somewhere. Repositioning them would make them much more useful. Cheers!
