    Title: Emote Magic (dance) issue with twirle and capes

    Details: Emote Magic (dance) issue with twirl and capes. As you dance one of the twirls spins cape through your avatar getting it stuck in front if you walk out of the emote. If you wait until it twist the other way its fine.
    Steps to Reproduce:/magic with a cape and watch for it to spin through then walk forward.
