Emotes not targetting my target

    Title: Emotes not targetting my target
    Reproduction Rate: Many times for me, other players replicated it right there
    Blocker? No
    Details: At happy hour I would have one person targetted, and the emote I was doing would be directed at someone I had targetted earlier. Changing targets doesn't change who you are emoting towards.
    Steps to Reproduce: Select someone. Emote. Target someone else and emote. Check chat log to see who you're emoting at.
