    Steps to Reproduce: enchant blind and cast all ur sun spells blind on hit wont land

    @Dark Tidings, casting a spell does not count as hitting the mob with the weapon. to engage the on-hit proc, you need auto attack, free attack, or a weapon skill.

    lol so I have to run in and punch a mob with my wand ? I mean blind is a sun spell and this is a wand enchantment from a sun gem.

    ur kidding right?? If this isn’t a bug it should be @DarkStarr
