    Title: Enchanting requires a ?bugged? of 30 or higher
    Reproduction Rate: constant
    Blocker?
    Details: When trying to enchant something a message pops up saying "Requires a ?Bugged? of 30 or higher"
    Steps to Reproduce: Place items in crafting and hit craft
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor (6) System RAM: 16362
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU RAM: 2016
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.509.Date.11.18.16
