    Details: Enchanting gem spell skill %'s not adjusted for major. Crafting a staff you get 23% deathray which is the same as 1h.
    Steps to Reproduce: make staff gem get deathray % and compare with wand, you can have 2 wands which gives 23% more dmg+

    Looks like this is happening with polearms as well. If this is intended then 2H weapons wont be viable.

    I think its all the gem enchant skills that need a double.
