   For instance, enchanting a ring with gaiaism warding jewel, I was offered a positive Tremor Power bonus. This should be offering a consistent 'negative' bonus, e.g., reduce earth arrow damage or something of the sort. Not confirmed, but I'm guessing the same may be true for masterworking.
