Enchantment Skill not raising all %

    I just lvl'd my Enchantment skill from 120 to 127 and it only effected the second hit from 86 to 89 % chance of success the third and forth hit are still 50% and 16% first hit is still 95%
    And yes i still get fail's at 95%
    But should the third and forth hit not go up in chance as well ??????

    They dont always go up at the same levels.

    So at what point will the 4th hit get to 25% ?!?! lol
