Enemy heals as if he was off combat after being stunned

    Title: Enemy heals as if he was off combat while fighting
    Reproduction Rate: Hard to say... it just happens. I faced the enemy described three times and this happened everytime, though.
    Blocker? nope
    Details: Looking west from the reported location there's a cultist wizard. While fighting he suddenly stop attacking and start regenerating as if he wasn't fighting.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go there, hit that enemy with some ranged skills.
