Received an entry in my journal from Owl's Head that Enmar is willing to pay 50 gold for each unit of Ectoplasmic Residue. He says he has funded merchants to pay out for that.

Merchants in Owl's Head will buy Ectoplasmic Residue for 30 gold just like everywhere else.

Suggest updating the journal entry/text or giving those vendors a bump up to 50 gold as a price.

Steps to Reproduce:Talk to Lord Enmar in Owl's Head to get the journal entry. Talk to a vendor and look at the sale price of ectoplasmic residue. Notice that it is 60% of what was advertised. Now say D'oh and walk away.
