Enraged is doubling on Torc Dawl

    Title: Enraged is doubling on Torc Dawl
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No

    Details: Prior to R51 QA, Torc Dawl would already get an 'enraged' buff icon on his toolbar when he gets around 50% health. As of R51 build 634, he is now showing the original enraged buff, plus a new one giving him +500 STR, +100 DEX, and +500 INT.

    Steps to Reproduce: Fight Torc Dawl - observe his status bar icons (or see screenshot below)
