I built out my dungeon a couple weeks ago and now everything is gone. I can get in the default dungeon but not in the one I made. Nothing in inventory or in the bank box. Very annoyed.

 

@Serafina would probably want you to open a support ticket so she can get to the bottom of this right away. I would send an email to support@portalarium.com for something like this.

 

yeah i sent a support ticket as well....copying info from here was a bit wonky but i sent it in. Ended up making the foyer and a couple sections to see if it worked....it did...but the 8 sections i had in before are all gone....not sure what happened to them. That is/was an expensive loss in time and resources for all that granite and blueprints. I did those pieces the day the release came out so they were expensive. Just aggravating as now i wasted more granite remaking it all
