Epic and Augmented light armor recipes can't be learned

Harold has the recipes and you can buy them but the follow recipes can't be learned and there is no message in the chat window

Augmented:
Cloth Boots
Cloth chest armor
Cloth chest half armor
Cloth gloves
Cloth Helm
Cloth leggings
Cloth half leggings

Epic:
Cloth chest armor
Cloth chest half armor
Cloth chest quarter armor
Cloth Feet
Cloth gloves
Cloth Helm
Cloth leg armor
Cloth legs half armor
Cloth legs quarter armor

All of the augmented and epic plate and chain mail recipes can be learned

 

I would also add that the name of this recipe is rather odd.

Are they in fact crafted "feet" ? Or are they perhaps "shoes" with an oddly named recipe ?

 

Perhaps if we can learn it we can make some and find out.

 

This is a known issue, previously bugged here.

 

Thanks Jack ... Saw the report that the recipes weren't there and didn't read all the way through. The recipes are there now and some of them do work .. I posted the lost of the ones that don't.
