Equipment change not updating on others screens

    Title: Equipment change not updating on others screens
    Reproduction Rate: Several people seeing it at the same time, tested several types of gear, and on multiple avatars
    Blocker? No
    Details: Doesn't seem to be gear specific, but at the Happy Hour everyone witnessed it. I would change to a different set of armor, or dress up clothes, and while on my screen it was fine, others would see me without any clothes (like no pants suddenly) or without the previous thing being unequipped.
    Steps to Reproduce: Change your deck when the new deck has different gear loadout.

    Others see the clothes they think I'm wearing when looking at my paper doll. I see the clothes I am actually wearing.
