Essence and Ice quest help?

    Spoilers I guess, for some.






    How do I get the phylactery of essence? Orator didn't give me one, and can't get any other tips via him or google search. quest was bugged, but maybe still is?

    Speak to him again, type in the word essence. IIRC he will give you one then.

    ok, been across the map for days and pc been in shop. Where is the Orator again? Was thinking he/she was in Jaarford, but not seeing an npc by that name. One of the caretakers? Talked with both, but got no results.
