    Details: Estgard When you click to open the Public Vendor to see what is listed for sale, the window doesn't open.
    teps to Reproduce: To to the location Area: Estgard (Novia_R10_City_Estgard/Brekken Bay) Loc: (105.6, 38.0, 135.2) and try to click vendor to open. The listings do not open.
