Eternal pattern doesn't return after salvaging

    1. Title: Eternal pattern doesn't return after salvaging
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: After applying an Eternal Pattern to a weapon (In this case the ornate Flamberge pattern), if you salvage it, you cannot recover the Eternal Pattern.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Just salvage a weapon with an Eternal Pattern applied in any place.
    6. User Specs: Win 7 64 bits with the Win.64.614.Date.05.30.17 version
