Exception v's Non exceptionals - Is this normal?

    Title: Exception v's Non exceptionals - Is this normal?
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? No
    Details: It seems like the exception calculator could need a look over.
    I normally make 5 of each item and receive 1 or 2 exceptions per batch. Now i am receiving a constant 1 in 5.

    that sample of 10 is really small. do 20 all at once and see. not beetle boots, tho. haha
