4. Details: I was able to destroy the catapults in the North Drachvald Spur in a build prior to SotA 467QA. I can't remember the exact build number. The locations are below. Is this by design now, or a bug?
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to the locations below and try to destroy the catapult.

Catapults are no longer destructible. They must be fired by an NPC and no longer fire by themselves.
