[Expected]Revoking a tenant access of a person, did not send his items to bank

    1. Title: Revoking a tenant access of a person, did not send his items to bank
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: Revoking the tenant access, and also revoking the entire access from the lot, didn't send a person's item to the bank.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: I tried adding a new tenant access to a second account, the second account then placed a bed on the house and make sure the item is set to private. Revoking the tenant access, and also revoking the entire access from the lot, didn't send the bed to the bank.
    6. User Specs: windows 10

    Despite "Tenant" appearing as an option in the permissions menu, the functionality has not yet been implemented into the current QA build. Thank you for reporting!
