[Expected]Unable to place items on Crafted Tavern Counter w/ Gate

    Title: Unable to place items on Crafted Tavern Counter w/ Gate
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Kindof?
    Details:When trying to place something it is just red, letting me know I can not place an item.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Craft Tavern Counter W/ Gate
    2. Place
    3. Grab decoration item from inventory.
    4. Attempt to place on Counter or Shelves
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 8150
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 GPU RAM: 978
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.522.Date.12.16.16
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Elads
    Area Display Name: Elad's Lighthouse
    Loc: (-348.6, 65.1, 247.4)

    Unfortunately, this is by design and currently working as expected. The deco could either have a deco surface, or have the interactive gate, but it could not have both. :(
