    Details:You are in Combat help window didn't show up until I was in the Outskirts whacking on a training dummy. Not sure if it's intended, but I do recall it happening during the Solace Bridge battle in the past.

    Steps to Reproduce:See when "You are in Combat" help window first pops up.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 32604
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8105

    Believe this is an intended change to go along with the introductions of the Outskirt scenes. Please report if you see any other UI anomalies we may want to investigate further. Thank you.
