Experience bars don't scale correctly past 1080p

    Title: Experience bars don't scale correctly past 1080p
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Change rez to over 1080p. The higher you go the fewer bubbles will be on screen for the exp bars.
