Extreme Swift Gathering Bugs

    Details:
    #1.At 125 swift gathering, you have 100% reduction, at 126 you have 100.8%. At 100, you no longer can see the success rate since it skips immediately to success/failure, unless you frameskip or hit a meticulous. Please add the % for a given node to the success/failure message.
    #2. At 125 swift gathering, the initial walkup/swing is unaffected, and still proceeds abysmally slow. Since we can no longer avoid it by equipping pickaxes like we used to, this is now a large amount of extra time on high end gathering.
    #3. At 126 gathering (100.8%) it actually seems to add a (slight) delay that level 125 did not possibly due to overflow? I am out of experience to test 127 and higher.
    Steps to Reproduce:Get swift gathering abysmally high, then attempt to do things.
