F1, F2, ETC. NOT WORKING IN COMBAT.

    1. Title: F1, F2, ETC. NOT WORKING IN COMBAT.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? yes
    4. Details: While in combat when I hit the F keys it does not change my target when attempting to heal my target stays on the enemy and I cannot heal my allies when trying to use a heal skill.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: while in combat hitting f keys does not select the targets
