Falcon in Aerie mentions direct transport from Aerie to Etceter?

Title: NPC mentions ocean transportation from Aerie to Etceter but there is no such direct travel option.

There is a female NPC named Falcon near the entrance of Aerie that mentions there are boats that bring pilgrims from Aerie to Etceter. But there is no such transport option. Well not directly anyways, we have to go to take the boats from Aerie to the island of Elysium, then another boat from Xenos to Etceter.

Unless the NPC meant the above path to be trivial.
