    - I went to Central Brittany and started a conversation with the Farmer at the main entrance.
    - I had been in Blood River Outskirts, so I had heard the new "Elven" language sound effects there.
    - The farmer in Central Brittany was definitely speaking the same "language."
    - Was this intended?

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Speak to the farmer at the main entrance.
