Farming Notification Service

    I have finally figured out how to mix the game-farming life with my own by creating email events for when it is time to water on my calendar. It is totally enough to be sent an email when it is time to water my plants. However, the current process includes going to https://www.sotalore.com/farming then figuring out based on seed type and planting situation and then manually entering each watering time into my calendar based on the actual time planted so it can email me (as an alternative to relogging many times more than needed leading to burn-out). All of these the game can provide as an option.

    Alternatively, The game could provide APIs so that other well meaning (or not) services could provided it.

    As I plant indoors, basements, and dungeons, my watering schedule is every couple of days. I set up a notification on my Google calendar and that works for me. I deal with several hundred planters at a time, thus setting alarm clocks for watering does not work for me.

    maybe @Gravidy could throw that into sotalore? maybe for people that help support the site? or failing sending emails, an export-to-caldav function would allow people to automate adding these events to calendars.

    I'll have a look caldav (iCalendar) option. At a quick glance, it looks like it should be fairly straightforward.

    An integrated alarm (via email) from sotalore would be more work, but is also very doable, so I'll have that some thought as well.
