Feature: CTRL-W timer icon

    Can we get an icon in the Character info on our buff list in the upper left corner (default) that displays the timer for the CTRL-W watering-smoke so we know if its active or has timed out.

    I know we can just repeat it, but in some cases we want it to time out to reset for areas passed that are now beyond our sightlines (like in dungeons), so we can verify on our return trip.

    - OR -

    Have the planters stop the smoke effect when fully watered.

    I've thought about Ctrl-W being an on/off switch. Or have it turn off the effect then execute a new check when pressed.
