Feature Request for POT Owners: Specify housing on Lots.

    In order for a theme town to be in order I would like to submit a request for the ability to have a check/uncheck list for lots that would only allow certain house types to be placed after using the tool to place them. I would if this was an option open up lots for anyone to place if they had the housing that was requested. This still would require that the place the house and not just have an empty lot.
