Feature request: Separate graphics settings for towns and adventure areas.

Since adventure areas have drastically better performance than towns, could we get separate video settings controls for them.

The most notable is the LOD slider, which setting high in adventuring areas has near zero impact on performance on my machine, but setting to anything above slightly above minimum causes horrible hitching in towns.
