    /Snow should be teachable as Tai Chi is teachable from the ones who originally got it with their pledge.
    Spoon bug reported it iirc.

    It was my understanding that telethon emotes like throw flowers etc. are not teachable, pledge emotes were specifically labelled as teachable.

    The only telethon emote that I knew was teachable was the LBSalute.
