Felicia and Barkley Quest, bugged?

    Title: Quest to give letter from Felicia (Aerie) to Barkley (Resolute)
    Reproduction Rate: Once
    Blocker: No
    Details:
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to Barkley, find Felicia and receive note, give note to Barkley
    Specs: 16gb RAM, Win 10, Direct Client

    seems quest is still bugged...i handed Barkley the note from Felicia, and got my XP for it, but the quest doesn't update in my journal, and Barkley is asking me to tell him where she lives when I select her name. He doesn't seem to accept an answer, and is still glowing blue.
