    Details:
    In the Felicia Purdue / Barkley Canis quest - there are no quest markers (including the original quest giver). Also - the item is not marked as quest item.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Start Barkley Canis quest in Resolute.
    2) Observe that there is no quest item
    3) Obtain the "To Barkley Canis, from Felicia" note from Felicia Purdue in Aerie.
    4) Observe that it is tagged not a quest item.
