Fence can not be Placed on the edge of the property.

    Location:
    Germany, Hessen, Rüdesheim am Rhein
    Fence can not be Placed on the edge of the property. Since the soil is a little uneven there yet.

    Area: Drachenfels (POT_forest_metropolis_01_template) Loc: (9.5, 38.0, 249.5)

    This is also true for my city lot in Brittany Wharfs. It is the city lot closest to the docks, up on a slightly raised hill. There are at least a couple places where the topography of the hill prevent placing fences on the edge of the lot:
