Title: Find Cyannis Quest not clearing from journal
Added Take Cyannis' Reprort to Godbert, compass entry no journal.
Reproduction Rate: at least 3 reattempts to clear in Highvale and Resolute

Details:
Find Cyannis Quest does not clear from the log.
The character had quest resets at release (Diego Mas)
Ran through the quest as quickly as possible, order may have been out of expected sequence.
Rechecked today in Highvale (Its burning on the overworld now)
Cyannis says, Thank you for delivering the report.
Godbert, does not respond to report or Cyannis. He has a Blue compass entry: Take Cyannis' Report to Godbert. This task is not in my journal.
Scout- keyword receives thank you for delivering the report
Journal entry still not cleared.

Note: while leaving the area, overworld, Highvale turned from being under fire to the non-seige overworld. Reentered talked to Cyannis and still cannot clear.
Correction: on the Siege Burning, its actually the POT right in front of Highvale not Highvale itself.

Steps to Reproduce: Use a character with quest resets.
Follow the quest line.
