    Title: @Find records of the Obsidians@ quest bug
    Reproduction Rate: Unknown, but 100% i hope, cant do it again at the same character
    Blocker? No
    Details: "Find records of the Obsidians" quest from Dr.Wynston Haevia. You can give the book to this NPC without takling this quest. But...you still can take this quest after you gave the book. And then you have quest in your journal and cant complete it. Even if you find another book (experemental logbook). No trade window on words "book" "logbook" (or any highlited words) in dialogue. And no reaction at all for "book" word, no phrase, nothing. P.S. Before this quest i completed the quest from Elara Solstar with the same name.
    Steps to Reproduce: Take quest from Elara Solstar. Find 2 books (Exp.logbook 1 and 2). Give book to Dr. Wynston(quest still active). Then give the second book to Elara (quest complete). Then try to speak with Dr.Wynston again.
