Fire arrows

    I know this came in a couple releases ago, but just looking hard at it now while testing a new character.

    I think if there ever is time, shorten up the time the flame stays in air or make it more smoke, right now it's almost a beam of fire rather than an arrow that is on fire flying through the air.+

    Talking about arrows while ignite is on.

    And if it rains, the fire arrows should not work.
