Fireball initial dmg is triggering COVER based on caster movement AFTER projectile was fired

    Title: Fireball is triggering COVER based on caster movement AFTER projectile was fired, instead of projectile path.
    Tested with 80 fireball skill and 79 fire speed skill

    Normal shot:

    a forced COVER shot done by the caster where target is immobile:

    Reproduction Rate: 20/20
    Blocker? no
    Details: Fireball is pretty slow and you can shoot it somewhere really far with enough Fire Speed skill and then move behind cover before the projectile hits, this is causing the targets to receive COVER even though they dont have any based on the projectile path. See pics for more info

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. log in
    2. unlock Fire Speed in Fire Tree
    3. unlock Fireball in Fire tree
    4. Level them both up to ~80
    5. find a stationary mob with accessible cover to be used by the user
    6. Cast fireball at mob from max range -> AFTER fireball is completed casting, move to cover
    7. notice mob receives cover even though projectile path doesnt offer cover
    8. do the same thing without moving to cover after cast and notice the lack of cover
    9. repeat steps 5 to 8 until point is proven

    This also can be used in reverse, casting from cover and then moving outside of cover after finishing casting before projectile hits to get full damage even though projectile passes through cover like butter
