Fireball proc from specialization doesn't exist

    Title: Fireball proc from specialization doesn't exist
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: The fire ball double dmg proc from fire spec only plays the sound effect but doesn't actually deal any dmg on the 2nd explosion.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast fireballs with fire spec until you get the proc
