    1. Title: Items cannot be placed on the stairs, only on the landing.
    2. Repro Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: Only a DECO BLOCKER! ;)
    4. Details: Items such as mugs and small things cannot be placed on the inside stairs in this building. Everything ends up placed on the floor beneath the stairs.

    Location: Serpent's Watch LOC: -203.5, 27.2, 251.6
