    1. Title: Fireworks with a progress bar is not consumed but ugnited if progress bar is interrupted
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No :)
    4. Details: Fireworks with a progress bar is not consumed but ignited if progress bar is interrupted.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Ignite a firework with a progress bar (e.g. Pinwheel or Fountain) and jump in the air before the progress bar is finished. The Firework burns but no Firework will be consumed.
