Fishing in Owl's Head

    Reproduction Rate: 100% for me.
    Blocker? no
    Details: When fishing in Owl's Head, the fishing target does not show in the water, or is difficult to get to show in the water. Fishing target still shows on land. I tried in other cities and fishing works fine elsewhere.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 8.1 (6.3.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16266
    GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.549.Date.01.31.17
    Area: OwlsHead
    Area Display Name: Owl's Head
    Loc: (81.7, 67.4, -47.3)

    @calkano (PAX) - Thank you for reporting. I just tested for fishing in Owl's Head and there were some locations where the targeting reticle would appear green in the water, but it definitely was very sporadic and seemed to only work in the deepest spots.

    I suspect this is a world building issue and not a fishing/crafting issue since it appears that an adjustment is needed to the water layer or elevation.

    Recording for review.
