Title: Edwin says you'll use a bolt of cotton cloth for helm lining, despite recipe not requiring cloth.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
Edwin in Soltown has a series quests to introduce gathering and crafting. I think, at one point his dialog was correct, but the recipe has changed and the leather helm no longer requires a cloth lining. I would suggest the be extended slightly to make both a leather and cloth item.

    Steps to Reproduce:
Run character through Edwin's crafting quest-line.

As of build 1284 there is no mention of a cloth lining:

[8:40 PM] Edwin: Talk to me if you'd like to learn more about crafting.
[8:42 PM] Edwin: Before we go further, you'll need 12 pieces of raw cotton. You can find cotton bushes along the East Perennial Trail, as well as elsewhere.
[8:43 PM] I wrote a new entry in my journal.
[8:53 PM] Edwin: Very good! Now, go to the textile station and make 6 spools of cotton thread. Your recipe book will automatically show the recipes you've learned for that station. And you can always learn new recipes - I sell a few, and discover your own through experimenting. But I'm getting ahead of myself! Here's the tools you'll need. Come back to me when you have the thread ready.
[8:53 PM] I wrote about this in my journal.
[8:53 PM] You received 7 items from Edwin.
[9:05 PM] Edwin: Very good! This thread will work fine. Now, return to the textile station and make a bolt of cotton cloth using this thread, then return to me.
[9:05 PM] I wrote about this in my journal.
[9:05 PM] Edwin: Ah, excellent work! You see now how raw material is shaped into basic components which then can be assembled elsewhere into more advanced goods. Your next step will take a bit longer, I'm afraid - it's time for you to actually make the leather helm.
[9:05 PM] Edwin: To do that, you'll need to go hunting and collect 10 animal hides. You can find them most easily off of bears on the East Perennial Trail, though if you want to save time you can also buy them from other adventurers.
[9:05 PM] Edwin: However you collect them, return to me when you have 10 animal hides and I'll explain what to do next.
[9:05 PM] I wrote about this in my journal.
[9:09 PM] Edwin: Well, that is a lot of hides, isn't it! Only the best will do for creating an item of workable quality, you'll find.
[9:09 PM] Edwin: Here are some recipes you'll need for the next steps - specifically, how to make the leather helm, and techniques you'll need to know for making Leather Yards. Just review them after I give them to you, and they should be added to your crafting journal automatically.
[9:09 PM] Edwin: After that, you will need to tan the animal hides you've collected, and then make the necessary 4 yards of leather at the Tanning Station outside. After that, go inside to the shop and create the helm in the Tailoring Station here. Just like the cloth inlay - raw material to basic components to advanced goods. When you've done all that, bring the helm to me and we'll see how you did.
[9:09 PM] I wrote about this in my journal.
[9:09 PM] You received the following (Recipe: Yard of Simple Leather, Recipe: Leather Helm) from Edwin.
[9:13 PM] Edwin: This is a very good helm! I will let you do with it as you wish - either use it yourself, or you can sell it to me and I will resell it. Regardless, it is yours, as is the knowledge I have given you. You are no longer an apprentice, but a crafter of some skill. Good luck in your future endeavors, and thank you for all of your help!
[9:13 PM] I wrote of this in my journal.

This sentence however makes no sense: Just like the cloth inlay - raw material to basic components to advanced goods.

We do not have a cloth inlay item.

While we do make a bolt of cotton cloth, the purpose of that is to explain how raw materials makes advanced materials (even though it is not used for the leather helm):

[9:05 PM] Edwin: Very good! This thread will work fine. Now, return to the textile station and make a bolt of cotton cloth using this thread, then return to me.
[9:05 PM] I wrote about this in my journal.
[9:05 PM] Edwin: Ah, excellent work! You see now how raw material is shaped into basic components which then can be assembled elsewhere into more advanced goods.

I'm changing that line to "Remember that raw material becomes basic components that can make advanced goods." Just making the fix with no issue number. :)
